Exercise description

Starting position: 1) grab the barbell with two hands at shoulder width 2) lean forward maintaining the natural curve of the lumbar region Movement: 1) by straightening the arms and moving the shoulders forward, lower the barbell towards the floor 2) lift the barbell towards the abdomen, keeping the elbows close to the body Tips 1) tighten your abdominals to reduce the excessive load on your lumbar spine 2) try not to jerk the barbell with your lumbar region 3) when the barbell is close to your body tighten your shoulder blades and stick out your chest
