Exercise description

Starting position: 1) sit in front of the horizontal lift 2) grip the handle attached to the lift cable with your hands Movement 1) bring your shoulders as far forward as possible 2) draw the weight towards your abdomen, keeping your elbows close to your body 3) when the weight is close to your abdomen, tuck your shoulder blades tightly together and push your chest forward Tips 1) imagine that you want to stretch your back as much as possible when the weight moves away from your body 2) try to minimise the tugging of the weight on the lumbar region of your back 3) maintain the natural curvature of the lumbar region throughout the movement
