Exercise description

Starting position: 1) lift the backrest of the bench as high as possible 2) sit on the bench with the barbells in your hands 3) lean your back against the backrest of the bench 4) put the barbells on your chest, your elbows go out in front of you 5) position your wrists as if you wanted to hold your guard in front of you Movement 1) lift your arms as high as possible while twisting your wrists 180 degrees the other way 2) return to starting position Tips 1) try to drive your elbows in front of you, don't push them out to the sides
