Exercise description

Starting position: 1) sit on a prayer bar with barbells in your hands 2) lean your elbows against the backrest of the prayer bar Movement: 1) lower arms downwards by bending elbows 2) lift barbells upwards by bending elbows Tips 1) perform the lowering movement much slower than the lifting movement 2) when lowering, do not straighten your arms fully
