Exercise description

Starting position: stand on a stable surface with weight in your hand(s) Movement 1) take a big step forward with one leg 2) bring the knee of the back leg close to the floor 3) straighten the knee and return to the starting position Tips 1) try to focus on the back leg, don't push the knee of the kicking leg forward 2) a weight held in one hand only will allow you to engage the stabilising muscles more strongly, but in this case try not to lean to the side
