Instruction Kneeling arms with barbells while standing
Exercise description
Starting position: 1) stand steadily with a barbell held in your hands with an underhand grip Movement 1) bend your arms at the elbows while pushing your elbows slightly out in front of you 2) lower your forearms down in a slow motion Tips 1) perform the lowering movement much slower than the lifting movement 2) don't straighten your arms all the way, maintain constant tension in your biceps 3) don't lift your elbows too high, so that the weight doesn't start to fall on your biceps
