Instruction Arnold curls sitting on the floor with knees raised
Exercise description
Starting position : -Sitting position with knees bent up. -Dumbbells in front of you at upper chest level. -Fingers facing chest, thumbs outwards. -Arms close to the torso Execution : -Keep your abdomen tight,and your head in line with your back and the correct starting position,take an inhale and lift the dumbbells above your head,twist your wrist so that your fingers are pointing forward.Exhale when your arms are fully extended above your head,then take an exhale. -After briefly holding the dumbbells above your head and fully flexing your shoulder muscles as you exhale slowly lower the dumbbells,turn your wrists so that your fingers are pointing towards your chest. -Do the designated number of repetitions.
