Exercise description
Exercise : From a standing position, perform a forward bend. Place your hands on the floor and sweep them forward until you are in a forward stance. Step forward with your right foot and place your foot on the outside of your right foot. From this position, raise your right arm, bending your torso and looking behind your hand at all times. return to the forward stance and repeat the sequence of movements on the other side of your body. after completing both sequences, return to the starting position.
