Exercise description
Starting position : Position a platform in front of you,you can use a box,bench,chair or any other type of solid platform. Stand a foot away from the platform. Keep your back straight, shoulders pulled back and abdominals tight. Place your arms along your body, or put your hands on your hips. Exercise : Take a deep breath in,maintaining the correct starting posture,lift your foot and place it all the way up. Shift your weight onto the leg on the platform, then do some powerful work, lifting your body and bringing your leg onto the platform. Exhale as you exhale. Straighten your body on the rise and then, while inhaling, slowly descend to the starting position.
