Exercise description
Purpose: Back lying bend Performance instructions: Lie on your back. Bend your knees and draw them towards your abdomen. Grasp the outer edges of your feet with your hands. Extend your knees as far as possible. Bring your knees towards your armpits and towards the floor. Your feet are flush with your knees. Press your back against the floor. Press your hands down on your feet. Completely relax the lower limbs and abdomen. Extend your elbows, slightly opening your chest. Bring your chin towards your sternum, relaxing your throat.
