The main screen contains the necessary functions.
To go to the profile, click on your profile photo in the upper navigation bar. To browse new personal trainers and training plans, click on a large tile at the top. Below you can view your currently active plans and interact with them; Check your body statistics: weight, fat level, muscle levels of hydration. You can go to details after clicking on any tile. Carousels at the bottom allow you to browse the recommended plans and personal trainers and the highest rated plans. The lower navigation bar contains important tabs: trainers, calendar, users, and notifications received. To re -open tutorials, click on the icon in the upper right corner.
